Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Refund Policy:

Refunds WILL be payable for the following reasons:

  • Holiday Soccer School, if pre-payment has been paid and you inform us that you will not be in attendance prior to the day, the day will be refunded.
  • Termination of weekly coaching sessions, if block pre-payment has been paid. The remaining sessions will be refunded.
  • Pay-as-you-Play sessions, if block pre-payment has been paid, then any sessions missed will be refunded.

Refunds WILL NOT be payable for the following reasons:

  • Leaving early at a soccer school.
  • Missing a session/s of a terms block of coaching.

All other situations will be by negotiation with WestCountry ProCoaching.

Shipping Policy:

PLYMOUTH, FREE SHIPPING – Applies to all orders within a 5 mile radius of PL6 5QP, we will deliver your order for free. 3 – 5 day transit time from collection to delivery.

UK Standard Delivery £3.95 – Ideal for home delivery of small orders to minimize carriage costs. 3 to 5 days transit times should be allowed following the day of despatch from our warehouse.

This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date. Please allow at least 6 days should you need to contact our Customer Service for tracking purposes.

Refunds & Returns Policy:

You may cancel your order within 7 days of ordering online. The order will be refunded in the same manner of payment. You may return any item within 7 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

Please note that for your protection The Westpro Online Store recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If you require an exchange our returns centre will be happy to process this for you.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

  • We are unable to refund or exchange any clothing  once it has been embroidered/printed. This also applies to any personalised garment.
  • A refund or exchange will be permitted if the garment is faulty.
  • All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer´s liability.
  • We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
  • All returned items should be unworn and unused.
